The Disappearance of Heather Tegerdine
41 year old Heather Tegerdine was last seen in Sequim, Washington on December 22, 2018. She disappeared after leaving her parent’s home to go out for a walk.
Disappearance
Between 8:00-9:00 pm on December 22, 2018, Heather Tegerdine left her parent’s home in the 3000 block of Diamond Point Road, telling them she was going out for a walk. She does not have a cellphone, and left her coat, cigarettes, and wallet behind at home.
Heather’s family reported her missing on December 23rd after she failed to return home.
Tegerdine is considered endangered due to her mental illness, which authorities have not specified. She often rides Clallam Transit buses and frequents west Port Angeles and the YMCA of Sequim.
Investigation
There have been reported sightings of Heather on Clallam Transit, the Health Department, and the Sequim YMCA.
Appearance
White female with brown hair and hazel eyes. Heather stands 5’5 tall and weighs 200 pounds. She has “Selah” tattooed on the left side of her neck.
Clothing & Accessories:
Heather was last seen wearing a blue shirt with a long sleeved dark color shirt underneath, dark colored athletic pants, and white tennis shoes.
